Confidence Coaching Packages

I have two confidence coaching packages that I offer. The Confidence Leveller is a ‘from the ground up’ programme for those who really struggle with self-confidence. It is for women who, for varying reasons, have never established the building blocks of self-esteem and who lack the fundamentals of self-belief. If you want real and lasting confidence but don’t know where to start this is the right programme for you.

The Confidence Reboot is for those of you who may be experiencing a change, transition or difficult situation in your life. It may have knocked your confidence and you need support in picking yourself back up again and rebuilding real and lasting confidence.

The Confidence Leveller

When you struggle with self-confidence, it’s like working with one hand tied behind your back. You are never operating on a level playing field with others.

You will always be at a disadvantage if you have low self-esteem and low self-confidence because you are constantly worrying about how you come across and what people think about you. You will never be able to operate freely and authentically.

A lack of confidence is a state of mind and it can be changed.  Confidence can be learned.

I created The Confidence Leveller as a coaching programme that supports my clients in their search for confidence. Together, we understand your limiting beliefs, build your resilience and create sustainable strategies to build real and lasting confidence. To help you operate on a level playing field.

The Confidence Leveller has 7 modules:

  1. Understanding – We understand what is holding you back in your life and how this manifests itself. We identify patterns of behaviours, self-limiting beliefs, discuss the impact these are having on you and where they came from.
  2. Acceptance – self-acceptance doesn’t happen overnight but we start you on the road of treating yourself with kindness, compassion and respect.
  3. Mindset change – we create recognition strategies and a more flexible mindset to help you see these beliefs when they happen ‘in the moment’ and how to manage them.
  4. Building Resilience – We create a number of strategies that you will use to build resilience, build confidence, and create healthy mental patterns.
  5. Experimentation – you put into practise the techniques you have learned and project the confidence you are building. I support you with tutorials that you can take into the workplace.
  6. Self-sufficiency – we build on stage 5 as you start to take control and self-correct. We work out what is working and what isn’t and we fine tune the techniques so they work for you.
  7. Art of the possible – we look to the horizon and the art of the possible. We review the course of the programme we re-evaluate your thinking now versus when you first started. This allows you to reflect on your journey and see how far you have come.

My clients emerge from the programme with a healthier way of operating. They have a much greater level of self-acceptance and personal resilience and they are better able to embrace and appreciate themselves for who they are and what they bring to the table.

How the programme works and what you get:

  • We start with a 45-minute scene setting call and discuss you and what success looks like for you. You will get the first workbook in advance of this session which has some questions to work through. We agree the rules of engagement. I use this session to build trust and chemistry prior to module 1 so we can hit the ground running.
  • You will then get 7 x 60-minute coaching sessions either in person or over video call. These follow the 7 modules outlined above. We agree the frequency of the 7 coaching sessions in the introductory call but I recommend calls take place at minimum monthly in order to maintain momentum. I also encourage my clients to book out at minimum 90 minutes for each of these sessions to give some flexibility for overrun and allow time for decompression before and afterwards. You will need it.
  • Each module comes with your own personal workbook which has a series of questions to answer and space for reflection and notes.

The programme runs somewhere between 8 to 10 months depending on the frequency of sessions.

The Confidence Reboot

I created ‘The Confidence Reboot’ for those of you who may have had a knock to your self-confidence or who need additional support. The programme centres around creating healthier self-esteem and rebuilding self-belief.

The Confidence Reboot is also useful for my clients who are going through significant periods of change in their life such as a return to work or managing redundancy. They are looking for increased self-belief and self-confidence during this time but also for greater resilience.

The Confidence Reboot follows a 5-step framework:

  1. Reflection – we spend time understanding where you are now and analyse the situations that have created the need for the ‘reboot’. This first session allows you to fully debrief, to process the emotions you may be holding on to and break the emotional cause and effect.
  2. Understanding – we look objectively at what happened and we focus on the impact on you and why this has taken place. We identify patterns of behaviours, self-limiting beliefs, discuss the impact these are having on you and where they came from.
  3. Acceptance – self-acceptance doesn’t happen overnight but we start you on the road of treating yourself with kindness, compassion and respect.
  4. Rebuild – we begin the journey of rebuilding your confidence. We create recognition strategies and a more flexible mindset to help you see these beliefs when they happen ‘in the moment’ and how to manage them.
  5. Resilience – we continue the journey of rebuilding your confidence and start to build positive affirmation. We create resilience, build confidence and create healthy mental patterns.

My clients emerge from the programme with a healthier way of operating. They have a much greater level of self-acceptance and personal resilience and they are able to embrace and appreciate themselves for who they are. They value themselves more and what they bring to the table.
